　(1) To transfer delivery works to delivery companies.
　(2) To transfer bill collecting process to other companies, such as delivery companies, credit companies and others.
　(3) In the event that the customer herself/himself approved to disclose the personal information.
　(4) In the event that the personal information is required to disclose by laws and/or local regulations.
4. The company shall amend or stop using the personal informaion applicable requirments by the customer.
5. Should the company presumed the provided information to be disposed, then proper measures shall be taken in due time by deleting electronic data and/or shredding such printed matters.
